SureCoat Systems has surely the best roofing system available on the market—it is in a league of its own. With this unique system, one can repair, rehabilitate, or replace almost any flat or low-grade roof. For us at Contractor Services, finding SureCoat was a silver lining. We have experience with most roofing products available. Not many are as durable and as easy to install as SureCoat. Using this unique three-ply polyester reinforced
system is like putting a cast on your roof, and I mean this almost literally. Once we complete the installation process, your roof will be as hard as a rock, but a very flexible rock. When repairing or replacing commercial or residential roofing systems, after using SureCoat, I do not even consider using alternative products. My advice to you, if you have a broken roof, we can surely fix it, with nothing but the SureCoat Roof System.

I have been in the roofing industry for over 25 years, and have seen and used many coating products. This was our first project using the SureCoat roof restoration system.  The project involved a large number of details, and suffered from extreme ponding at multiple locations. Logistics and building use issues made removal of existing systems, and installation of any other type of system, next to impossible.

From the moment the crew opened the first bucket, they knew that this was a different product than any other they had seen.  The coating is easy to use, with a simple process, and combined with the polyester mesh reinforcement, creates a completely waterproof roof system in the most challenging of circumstances.  With no fumes, foul odors or mixing components, the SureCoat Roof System proved to be an easy one to install after the initial learning curve.  Our project went smoothly and quickly from start to finish, with excellent support from the staff at SureCoat Systems.

I am in the process of correcting 17 years of deferred maintenance on an old house in central Arizona. I recently addressed the roof – a 35 year old metal standing-seam with pealing dark paint that resulted in a attic temperature of over 150 degrees in the summer. My computer research led me to a government sponsored web-site that rated the white roof products of various companies, including SureCoat Systems. I liked the SureCoat performance figures and the energy star rating so I obtained a product sample and applied it to my existing roof. After a few minutes of drying time, I put my hand on the original finish, almost burning it, then on the SureCoat test patch. I could not believe the difference. It was actually ‘cool’ to the touch, and only one coat! It didn’t take a rocket scientist to realize what this could mean for my high attic temperature and overheated house.

I dealt almost exclusively with ‘Emmie’ at SureCoat. She is highly knowledgeable of SureCoat products and can answer any technical question one could ever pose her on white roof coatings. For a few years we started developing some small random leaks to our roof.  Our maintenance crew would chase them down and repair them the best we could.  As the problem began to occur more often, something had to be done to fix our roof.  Being a hospital we had a couple of big issues to work around, one being the area below the roof which is the women’s birthing center and another was not being able to turn off the main air intake on the roof which supplies the air to some of our operating rooms. If we were to do a complete tear-off, we would have to shut down operating rooms and have to relocate everyone on the floor below for the duration of the project.  Doing a complete tear-off and re-roof was just not an option.

After reading about the SureCoat System on their website, I contacted them to find out who our local approved contractor was.  They put me in touch with Eric Keithcart, owner of Premium Roof Services.  When I met with Eric to look at our facility and situation he was in agreement that the SureCoat Roof System was definitely the way to go.  We would be able to keep the operating rooms open while the work was performed and not need to relocate anyone on the floor below the roof.  When Premium Roof Services showed up on site to begin work, they worked very conscientiously to make sure any leak areas that they found were repaired before they began washing the roof to insure the staff and patients below were safe and dry.  The project was completed ahead of schedule and the results were instantaneous!  The second roof they did for us had more of the same issues and the same results.

With money always being an issue with any project, the SureCoat System came in under any of our complete re-roof quotes.  Even though we spent less money to have our roof repaired, we have a better warranty and a better quality product.  At our hospital we do our absolute best to try and not inconvenience the patients and staff.  Premium Roof Services and the SureCoat System fit directly into this category.

I am a DIY guy who did a large area of flat roof with SureCoat on my own last year. The same roof had been done about 6 years before with conventional materials at quite a cost but it started to pond and leak through the ceiling about 4 years ago. With the SureCoat and El Nino, not a drop has leaked through. I had filled in the ponding areas with self leveling cement to flatten the surfaces. Let it cure for a few weeks and then did the SureCoat process after some aggressive cleaning. Really happy with the way it turned out.
