The Harrison Hotel’s flat roof presented the typical problems of commercial and industrial flat roofing; seams, ponds and leaks. The hotel being an occupied space of 7-stories and 81-units, didn’t want to go down Avenue Tear-off. In addition to the other work performed on their building, the Harrison Hotel wanted an Energy Efficient material for their roof that would last, had outstanding reflectivity and thermal emissivity, and would stop their low-slope roof leak issues.
