Bowmanor Apartments Restores 15 Roofs with SureCoat Roof Coating System. The Bowmanor Apartments and Townhouses in Greenville, Mississippi are the project of the month at SureCoat Systems for their installation of the SureCoat roof coating system over 52,000 square feet of black asphalt roofing on 15 roofs.
Bowmanor Garden Apartments and Townhouses are being completely renovated and newly remodeled with major upgrades!
NEW EVERYTHING including ceramic tile floors, carpet, A/C units, appliances, 24 hour laundry facility, crown molding, paint, siding, and SureCoat Roof Systems are all part of the complete renovation of the complex that began in July 2011.

Bowmanor Garden Apartments

The roofs of the Bowmanor Garden Apartment buildings were black and not energy efficient prior to the cool roof application of The SureCoat Roof System. The owner of Bowmanor was trying to achieve the following when considering which roof system to install throughout his newly purchased complex:

Wright Construction, the company contracted to install the SureCoat Roof Systems, was the same construction company that was in charge of completing the flashing and siding work for each unit. This allowed them the flexibility to fix the worse areas of the roofs on each building first, and then go back and tie his repairs into a full system on each unit.
SureCoat was the perfect solution for this 111 unit community in Greenville, Mississippi.
