JemStar Construction Services is the October, 2011 Project of the Month for SureCoat Systems. JemStar currently uses the SureCoat Roof System and Roof Extender System to repair, maintain and recondition roofs for several property management companies and hundreds of building owners throughoutCalifornia.

SureCoat Roof Extender System that lead to a Full Reconditioning System

These pictures are of a foam roof with an acrylic coating. The roof had been leaking for years due to acrylic coating failures. Frustrated with the constant need for roof repairs, the owner became interested in a SureCoat Roof System. JemStar was able to show him a SureCoat Reconditioned Roof over foam that was still leak-free after 10 years. The owner was impressed by what he saw and contracted JemStar for their roof repairs. JemStar was excited about the opportunity to repair what every other roofer had attempted and failed to do on this roof. In 2008 JemStar used the SureCoat Roof System material for several roof repairs. Over the course of the next few years, the owner continued to use JemStar for their roof repairs and roof maintenance. These repairs turned into Roof Extenders which turned into a complete Roof Reconditioning System. The owners repair dollars were never spent on temporary repairs. Rather, these repairs served as a partial system until their roof budget allowed for a complete system. This has lead to several additional projects for JemStar, including another SureCoat System for the same owner at a second location. This owner enjoys the peace of mind that comes with a leak-free roof and the warranty to back it up.
