SureCoat is a bright white roof coating with a reflectivity of 86%. SureCoat has a solar reflective index of 108 when new and 102 at three years.

SureCoat emits 93% of heat for its entire life of 10, 15, or 20 years and can help achieve up to 20% savings on energy, according to field testing.
The water-based, UV-stable white roof coating can also be used on HVAC equipment and ducts to lower their energy demand. The coating increases the solar capture of PV panels installed over it and self-cleans to keep reflectivity high.
