SureCoat Systems Penetrating Water Repellent Sealer is a single-component, VOC compliant, penetrating water repellent sealer which contains a proprietary modified silane/siloxane. This water-based silane/siloxane penetrates most masonry and concrete pores and capillaries up to ¼ inch or more depending on surface porosity and moisture content at the time of application.
