SureCoat’s Heavy Duty Masonry cleaner “Dark” is a waterborne, high performance blend of surfactants used in heavy-duty industrial applications. Dark is able to remove air borne dirt and grease residue on any dark masonry surface quickly by lifting and suspending contaminants for easy rinsing. This cleaner is for use on concrete, pre-cast and cast-in-place, aggregate, brick, mortar, and masonry units. SureCoat Systems’ Dark masonry cleaner is environmentally friendly, non toxic, VOC compliant in all AQMD areas and biodegradable with low odor.

SureCoat’s Heavy Duty Masonry cleaner “Light” has the same properties as SureCoat Systems’ Dark masonry cleaner only it is made for use on light colored surface materials. SureCoat Systems’ Light masonry cleaner is also environmentally friendly, non toxic, VOC compliant in all AQMD areas and biodegradable with low odor.

Coverage Area: 50-300 square feet per gallon. This is only an estimate; actual coverage rate will depend on the contamination level. Available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums are available upon request and ample lead time.
